Present: Councillors – Jill Martin (Vice Chair), Barry Rooks(Parish Clerk), Mark Stephenson, Kevin Martin, Oliver Stephenson, Steve Leone, Paul Beck, Diane Beck, Emma Bailey.
1. Apologies. Helen Leone (accepted by council)
2. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to receive any applications for Dispensation. Members may make any declarations at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting. None received.
3. To approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 4th November 2024. Approved with no amendments.

Council accepted reports, consolidation of income and expenditure.
5. Discuss quotes for building work around BP. Council discussed quotes and made decision on contractors. Clerk to contact and arrange for work to be booked in early 2025.
6. Future projects. Progress reports - All councillors. Discussion around other forms of equipment for Lea Park. Clerk to obtain quotes.
7. Play equipment report. Cllr Leone. Report to be discussed at next meeting.
8. Monkey Challenge equipment. Cllr Bailey. Clerk to contact to enquire regarding specific risk assessment and insurance.
9. Leaf box. Cllr Bailey. Further details to be shared with councillors for future discussion.
10. Tivoli contract. Clerk. Clerk to contact Tivoli.
11. Tennis Club lease. Cllr Leone. Clerk to seek alternative quotes and advice from solicitor.
