You are invited to the Lea Village Annual Parish Meeting at the Village Hall, 7pm, Thursday 19th May.
Running Order
6:45 Doors open, welcome refreshments and opportunity to look at display boards.
7:00 Welcome by Chair followed by approval of minutes from last annual meeting.

Before you leave, please take some time to look at the display boards around the room, showing the work of the current Parish Council, ask any questions you have and maybe even see if you could help the Council make Lea the village that the residents would like.
Please note:
This is a separate meeting to those held by the Parish Council but it is arranged by them. Decisions taken at the meeting are not binding on the Council, though Council will take heed of what is said at the meeting as it provides a prime opportunity to ensure the Council is acting on the needs and wishes of the community.
The Annual Village Meeting is open to all electors of Lea, who have the right not only to attend but also to speak on any matter of local interest.
(Councillors attend this meeting as members of the public, only the Chair of the Council must take the chair. If the Chair is not present, the Vice-chair of the Council must preside. This meeting has its own minutes but these will only be approved at the next Annual Parish Meeting)
