  1. Council appointments.

1.1 Resignation and Election of Chair and Vice-Chair. 

 

1.2  New Chair and Vice-Chair sign declarations 

(Once the Chair is elected as the first item on the agenda at the annual meeting, they must sign another declaration of acceptance of office form as the Chair)

Councillors to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office.

(All councillors must sign their declaration of acceptance of office prior to the first (annual) meeting taking place) 

 

2. There will be a 15-minute, public forum should any members of the public wish to ask questions or make short statements to the Council. For any other comments please refer these to Barry Rooks using the contact details above for future discussion by the council.

4. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to receive any applications for Dispensation.  Members may make any declarations at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting. 

 

5. To approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 14th Apr 2025.
